BEST TREK EVER ! Will never forget. The final leg of the trek up to Dzongri was by far my highlight of India. The snow finally cleared and we all saw our first views of Khangchendzonga and Himalayas. The food we had on the night of Dzongri, blew my mind, having hand made momo’s at -5 degrees centigrade at 4000m is quite incredible !! The final part of Dzongri at 6 AM to see the sunrise over Khangchendzonga was spectacular. It was a very special moment for me and I thank you for that. Hope to trek with you again !!

A big thank you to our guide Sudhan. His team of Sherpa porters and Namgyal tours for organising our Goecha La Pass trek.
We four plant enthusiasts were very patiently attended to by Sudhan and his team. Our every request was met and the extra transport, accommodation and meals either side of the trek was both unexpected and much appreciated.
Highlights aside from the stunning scenery, amazing plants and creatures encountered was the varied and tasty food produced on camp. My nightly hot water bottle was very much appreciated. Honey bee rum was okay too. I will be returning in the future.

My three-week trek with Namgyal Treks & Tours in Sikkim and Darjeeling has been a wonderful experience. The team led by Sudan was not only 100% professional, they were also extremely kind and caring throughout the entire trek. It was truly a pleasure traveling with this team and the logistics were absolutely impeccable. In addition, our small group was “spoiled” by Danzing, the passionate cook, who did real miracles every day, often in difficult conditions.
So, special thanks again for an unforgettable trip. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend Namgyal Treks & Tours to any traveler looking for a Himalayan outdoors adventure.
